Partnership Firm /Trust
For partnership firm registration in Pakistan following documents are required
- Minimum two persons are required.
- Full Name, Father or Husband Name, Residential address and Occupation of each partner
- Copy of the National Identity cards of all partners
- Copy of latest paid electric bill.
- An application to the registrar of the firms
- Partnership deed on stamp paper valuing Rs. 1,000
- Proof of the address of the Partnership Business.
- Original receipt of fee deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan.
- The presence and signatures of Partners on Firm documents in the office of registrar in the presence of an authorized officer.
In case of trust registration trust deed is required.
