Required Forms for Company Registration

To successfully register your Pvt Ltd company, you’ll need to complete the following forms:

1. Form 1 – Application for Company Incorporation

This is the primary form required for the incorporation of your company. It outlines the essential details about the company, such as its name, objectives, and structure.

2. App 1 – Application for Reservation of Company Name

Before incorporating your company, you must reserve a unique name. This form allows you to reserve a name for your new company or change the name of an existing one. It’s crucial to ensure the name complies with SECP regulations.

3. Memorandum and Articles of Association

These documents define the company’s objectives, rules, and regulations. You can adopt model versions provided by the SECP to simplify the drafting process. Ensure these documents are comprehensive, as they will govern the internal workings of your company.

4. Form 21 – Notice of Situation of Registered Office Address

This form requires you to provide the address of your company’s registered office. It is essential for legal correspondence and official notices.

5. Form 29 – Particulars of Directors and Officers

Registration Process

Online Incorporation

  1. Create an Account: Visit the SECP’s eServices portal and register for a user account. You will generate a Personal Identification Number (PIN) required for signing your applications.
  2. Submit Application: Fill out the online application form. Sign it using your generated PIN and submit it before 12:00 PM for same-day processing.
  3. Payment: Pay the registration fee using a credit/debit card or through mobile/internet banking with 1Link member banks. If you prefer, you can print a PSID slip and pay over the counter at any designated bank branch.

Offline Incorporation

  1. Generate Manual Challan: Download and print a manual challan from the SECP’s website.
  2. Deposit Fee: Pay the fee at designated branches of MCB or UBL banks.
  3. Submit Application: Submit your application along with the original fee challan to the Registrar at the concerned Company Registration Office (CRO).

Processing Time

For a complete application submitted by 12:00 PM on any working day, the processing time is approximately four working hours. This means that if you submit your application early enough, you could receive same-day approval, allowing you to kickstart your business activities without unnecessary delays.
